great stay
great staff helpful assistance convenient location
the staff, especially tri, were very good. I needed help getting something done, and despite the language barrier, tri helped me find a shop. he even walked with me after his shift ended, such dedication! the restaurant is great and the location is very convenient for exploring.
the walls seem thin, i did hear some noise from other rooms.

the hotel is close to many famous spots, including the market and reunification palace. it is also near the war museum, everything very accessible. I liked to be near all the facilities and places of interest.

helpful team convenient location
I appreciated the helpful team members, including tran, trinh, and vinh. They provided wonderful hospitality. the hotel's design immediately captivated me because of its artful character. i also liked that the location allowed me to walk to the sites i planned to visit.
I wish the hotel had been able to ensure adjacent rooms were assigned to my travel group as requested.

The breakfast buffet offered a wide variety. Fresh eggs and coffee were readily available. sitting outside the restaurant, i could watch the city. this part of the hotel was charming and convenient.

helpful staff comfortable bed grab car
the staff were very good, especially tri and anh. they waited outside for my grab car, so i could stay inside in aircon. they helped put my bags in the car. the bed was comfier than i expected.
my family and i wanted rooms next to each other. we booked four rooms. when we arrived, the rooms were not as requested.
